Director, Head of Fund Management
With over 30 years of experience in the property sector, Tom has held senior leadership roles across a diverse range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and residential.
His career includes serving as CEO of Panda Global Funds, where he led operations across multiple markets, as well as a senior specialist at Payton Capital, which was acquired by ASX-listed HMC Capital. Also served as a Senior Executive Investments at Occasio Funds Management.
Before joining Paras Capital, Tom played a pivotal role in corporate advisory and capital raising initiatives both domestically and internationally, with established networks in the UAE, Asia, and the USA. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director for several China-based entities requiring listing on the ASX.
In addition to his corporate advisory expertise, Tom maintains equity holdings in a range of businesses and investment entities across property development, construction, and venture capital sectors. He holds an MBA and several other relevant diplomas, complementing his extensive experience in corporate structures and investment strategies.

Jun brings over 25 years of multidisciplinary expertise spanning legal practice, property development, and climate-focused investment. A qualified lawyer and seasoned commercial advisor, Jun’s career has evolved from property and corporate law into strategic leadership across private capital, real assets, and sustainability-driven ventures.
Her legal foundation underpins a sharp ability to structure complex transactions, navigate regulatory frameworks, and manage risk across a broad spectrum of deals, showcasing capabilities that have proven instrumental in supporting her entrepreneurial pursuits.
Jun has also overseen the development and conversion of commercial properties in the UK, providing deep insight into asset-backed investment strategies and built-environment innovation. In recent years, she has led capital raising and commercialisation efforts across a portfolio of high-impact ventures, including waste-to-energy, sustainable aviation fuel feedstock, green hydrogen, and carbon capture.
As Director, Jun brings strategic and legal oversight alongside a purpose-led investment lens to the fund’s mandate, combining commercial rigour with a long-term commitment to sustainable value creation.

As the former Managing Director of the Fintech and Financial Service division at Digital Investment Group Ltd, she guided the company from start-up to a public enterprise in Australia. Her achievements have earned her a highly respected reputation within Australia’s business community.
Junies excels in negotiation, leadership, and strategic management. Her expertise spans across business planning, operations, and project management, supported by over 17 years of experience in start-ups and resilience management.
She consistently seeks new business opportunities and joint ventures, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
For the past 15 years Junies has been the Responsible Manager of an ACL in her financial services and fintech enterprise and has also contributed significantly to the vehicle and finance industries by supporting corporate customers with end-to-end FINTECH solutions.
